When someone has gone out of their way to help me with a particular project and has gone beyond their expectations, I always like to send a thank you note to their supervisor to commend their hard work and excellent customer service skills.

I have had the pleasure of working with your entire J & M crew. Your team should be commended for their hard work, excellent people skills, and tremendous follow-up. Your team worked through the night after our flood in the Nextel San Diego office on Monday. They opened all of the walls (6" from the floor) for drying. Your company has done a superior job of containment and water extraction.

Your team has gone the extra mile and eliminated a lot of water damage that could have been caused if your company had not come in immediately to extract the water from the carpets and contain the flooding conditions. Dave Collier, Facilities Manager, and I have never seen a company work so hard and as quickly as your team demonstrated.

Richard Yokley has done an excellent job in managing your cleaning crew. We commend all of you for your hard work and commitment to getting the job done.
