I recently had my bathroom remodeled by J&M and wanted to compliment you and your staff on the good job they did.

I was particularly pleased with the supervision of Larry Allard, who was always available when I had a question. He really saw to it that my concerns were addressed immediately, and followed through quickly and thoroughly.

Before the work started, I had visited your showroom and was very impressed with Chris, your receptionist. She has a great phone manner and handles a busy switchboard very efficiently. The phones are often a good indicator of a company's atmosphere, so I had a good feeling before I even signed the papers for the work.

I would certainly recommend J&M to my friends and if I ever do more remodeling, I hope to use your firm again.
